Lasagna Rolls

A simple and fun twist on a classic Lasagna dish!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lasagna noodles
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese seasoned with garlic powder and oregano
  • 6 tbsp marinara sauce
  • Fresh spinach chopped
  • 6 tbsp shredded mozzarella
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Kosher salt
  • Dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese onto each lasagna noodle.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on top of cream cheese.
  • Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and kosher salt.
  • Add the chopped spinach.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella to each noodle.
  • Tightly roll lasagna noodles. (Optional: Seal ends with pinch of cream cheese)
  • Place the 3 lasagna rolls vertically onto baking sheet. Press together so they stay upright while baking.
  • Sprinkle some more shredded mozzarella and dried oregano on top.
  • Bake until cheese has melted and the rolls begin to take on a golden color (around 15 mins).
  • Garnish with chili flakes and basil leaves.
  • Serve and enjoy!
