Lasagna Rolls
A simple and fun twist on a classic Lasagna dish!

- 3 lasagna noodles
- 3 tbsp cream cheese seasoned with garlic powder and oregano
- 6 tbsp marinara sauce
- Fresh spinach chopped
- 6 tbsp shredded mozzarella
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Kosher salt
- Dried oregano
Cook noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese onto each lasagna noodle.
Spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on top of cream cheese.
Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and kosher salt.
Add the chopped spinach.
Add 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella to each noodle.
Tightly roll lasagna noodles. (Optional: Seal ends with pinch of cream cheese)
Place the 3 lasagna rolls vertically onto baking sheet. Press together so they stay upright while baking.
Sprinkle some more shredded mozzarella and dried oregano on top.
Bake until cheese has melted and the rolls begin to take on a golden color (around 15 mins).
Garnish with chili flakes and basil leaves.
