The only chocolate cake recipe you need in your life. So incredibly moist, fluffy, and rich, you don't even need frosting! Of all the chocolate cake recipes I've tried (a lot), this is the only one I have saved. I can make it blind-folded, it's that easy and that good. Bon Appétit!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a round cake pan (I used a 9-10 inch bundt cake pan).
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together eggs. Add yogurt, oil, vanilla, and boiling water. Whisk together until well combined. Gradually and slowly add this mixture to the flour mixture and continuously combine until all ingredients are well-incorporated.
Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
